Hi team, today afternoon suddenly both VA’s in sandbox are down i have created the sailpoint support ticket while i wait for them to reply back i wanted to check if anyone can help on it i have tried to refer the below link : Virtual Appliance Troubleshooting Guide - Compass (sailpoint.com) i run the command and i see ccg.services as disabled :

Have you tried restarting both the VM’s?
This may be due to incorrect ccg versions.

Yes i tried to restart the VM’s now it is working fine thank you not sure what was the issue can i check the logs to identity why this both VA’s were down for three hours is there any way to check the logs to check and identity the root cause for this
Both of mine went down for a similar time period. I had to restart them and it took 3ish hours to update them
Unusual to see both VA’s in the cluster to be updated at the same time.
For us also got same issue in my sandbox. I tried all the ways but no luck. Finally, I reinstalled my VA’s and connected to Sailpoint it’s working fine.
