Admins and Helpdesk users are currently provided a technical all-or-nothing view of identity data and need to navigate to many areas of the UI to perform common tasks. Far beyond simple UI cosmetics, the IIQ plugin framework allows us to provide a flexible, configuration-driven user experience that adds powerful capabilities throughout the whole application - including custom action buttons, dynamic field enrichment, security checks, administrative notes, real-time notifications, a one-button XML viewer, and intelligent UI tooling.
