Can I use before provisioning rule to to remove entitlements having specific identifier in entitlement description and remove it for users ?

I don’t think that is possible , as plan do not carry entitlement description. It carries only Ent Name . Can you brief your requirement , we might have alternate approaches?
Which type of connector is this ?
The idea wise you can do it but need more info on the requirements side. I have done this same on workflow by checking the source description contains specific word then remove entitlements for the user.

It is an LDAP connector. Also, I will not be getting the entitlement from plan, instead I was checking if we can get the entitlements already assigned to the user using the “application” argument in the rule.
