I currently imported a round of person profiles and forgot to include a step in the workflow to set a value for an attribute using the value builder.
Following the profile creations I attempted to use the batch update flow, with a simple set value on an attribute for the entire round, with the same imported csv file as the entire column of the attribute was blank and just needed to be set.
What resulted was errors when selecting the unique value to search a profile on. The attribute selected is unique so not sure why it failed.
After looking into it I came across another thread where CSV files were not fully supported for updates in July 2024 - attaching link. Is this still the case?
If anyone has updated using a batch flow, any tips? Otherwise I am just going to have to delete all the accounts and reimport with the action step included for setting values.
