AzureAD Manage Exchange Online feature giving Keyset Error

Hi Genius Developers
Hope you are doing well.

I want to avail Manage Exchange Online AzureAD feature in IDN for aggregate Distribution List. I am using “Certification Based Authentication”. I have provided correct “Certificate Thumbprint”. Test Connection is working fine but still I am having below error during account Aggregation.

Error!

Exception occurred in Iterate Objects. Error message - sailpoint.tools.GeneralException: Exception occurred while executing the RPCRequest: Errors returned from IQService. Keyset does not exist.

And Certificate is also configured in Azure. See below image for reference

I want to fix this issue as soon as possible and i do really appreciate your help.

If all you’re doing is aggregation, IQService should not be involved. Can you confirm this error is actually due to aggregation and not a provisioning attempt?

thank you for giving your time to my issue.
When we turn on Manage Exchange Online button and provide credential and then run account aggregation that time it through error.
