Azure entitlement / group is showing as a guid rather than a display name

When bringing in entitlements from exchange the display name is showing as a GUID. Access history shows the guid rather than the group name / entitlement name.

Thoughts on what we need to do differently?

We are having same issue currently and I have changed the entitlement id type to displayname for entitlement schema and it started showing as display name and reaggregated the data. See if that works for you and do let me know

Hello @RAKGDS, I had a question. Is the entitlement name just the display name which will show in the entitlements tab? If yes, then can we change the entitlement name after aggregating it once with a different name already?

Hi @RAKGDS , We too have the same settings for group, and while pulling out the entitlement report we get accountValue as guid.Is it fine to change the Object Id as DisplayName. do you see any issue if we change the settings operational wise.

Do the change in lower environmnet and see if everything works fine and then move to Production

I didn’t get back to this in time, so I don’t remember the original configuration. But this screenshot aided me in fixing it.
