I’m trying to use Azure CIEM connector, but test connection is failing. I want to see the logs for this connection. Could someone help me on where to find the logs for this connector.

You can get the logs from ccg.logs file in the following directory /home/sailpoint/log.

Thanks for your reply. But this is a SAAS connector, I don’t see any connector class for this connector, also this doesn’t have VA configuration on source.

The CLI command sail conn logs is used to check the logs of custom connectors. Actually in my usecase, we have configured CIEM Azure source in IDN but the connection is getting failed with below error.
Error Received:
Test connection failed: Internal server error (requestId: eccc489afd0f426db5612a301dd61b95)
we are trying to see the logs, but this is source config donot have VA configs, so we are stuck with where to find the logs for this connector.

Can you try this search query: name:“Test_connection Source Failed”
After entering this query choose Events tab ,there you will be able to see some more details for that event.

Yes, I have already tried this search query and also mentioned queries. But no luck we couldn’t see the logs for this connector.
No Trouble shooting steps given in sailpoint document for this CIEM Azure connector.
