Azure AD profiles gets removed automatically

Hello Experts,

We have access profile created to provision licenses for users in Azure AD using SailPoint IDN. We are facing weired issue that some of the entitlements of the access profile are
getting auto removed from the user account (we see remove entitlement task triggered by SailPoint IDN). Access profile is getting provisioned to user from the workflow.

Please let us know if there is any pointer to troubleshoot this issue.

Hi Vivek,

There could be multiple reasons due to which this can happen. You can try following approaches

  • Check all the events using a query as “Remove Entitlement Passed”. Identify the “Actor” in this result and check the “Account Activity” against the selected actor. You might get some clue.

  • Run “Access_Profile Name” query and check events if you get any updates to your Access Profile. This also might provide your some context.
