We are using a lot of Governance Groups for approvals in IDN. We have a lot of governance groups that contain one person. Why is it that Automatic Approval cannot be changed via API by each customer? I understand the standard being set to prevent self-approval but don’t really understand why we can’t ourselves decide if we want to have Automatic Approval for everything or not.
This is causing loads of not relevant and confusing interactions for managers as they do not even see why they have to approve access profiles they do not own or even know what it is.
