I am wondering if anyone has ever gotten a request to automate phone provisioning for Cisco. If you did how did you solve for it? After talking with one of the UC team it does not sound like automation of this is going to be easy or straight forward. It does not appear the there is currently an out of the box connector available for Cisco.
Just looking for some ideas on how we can fix this manual process for the UC team. Right now they have a 10 day lead time for provisioning. This would be the perfect use to show just how powerful ISC can be. Any and all ideas welcome.
