'attributeAssignments' on an identity's preferences list not getting populated

Hello Experts,

We are facing issue where 'attributeAssignments’ on an identity’s preferences list is not getting populated.

We are performing following steps

1. Request for an application is raised completed in Sailpoint

2. Run Group Aggregation task

3. Run Account Aggregation task

4. Run Identity Refresh task (Refresh assigned, detected roles, and promote additional entitlements Enabled)

Please guide how these tags (preferences, attributeAssignments ) get populated.

Hello @shamal_khokle

Instead of requesting an application, request an entitlement or group from that application, and then you will see the ‘attributeAssignments’.

Yes, we are requesting for Application Account + Entitlements via our custom form.

Hello @shamal_khokle, Can you share those custom form and workflow objects that I can leverage? However, if there is an OOTB (Out-of-the-Box) option available, what is the purpose of this concept? Could you explain more about it?
