Are there operational logs for SAAS Workflows?

Hello!

I was wondering if anyone knew if there are logs being generated when a workflow has failures. I went through what we a feeding to our SIEM and I’m not seeing anything there.

If there isn’t anything out of the box what do folks do to catch these? I’m don’t love finding out a process has been failing a day later but I don’t want to manually check these more than once a day if I can help it.

Hello James,

SaaS Workflows runs in Sailpoint’s own Cloud, I believe only they have the logs.

I believe it is possible to request the logs from them via Support.

You can also see inside the IdentityNow UI.

Admin > Workflows > Select the desired Workflow > Executions > Reports

This is where I went to discover the failures. I was hoping someone was doing something different to alert on failures.
