Hi All,
I have created MSSQL type application. From MSSQL I have provided permission to particular user which I am able to see for that user in Sailpoint after executing aggregation task.
But when I am trying to delete any of the entitlement for application to test it weather the changes are reflecting or not in MSSQL, that time entitlements are not deleting and showing error as “Cannot drop the role ‘db_datareader’.”

How to resolve this error?

Hello @SDM007

May be permission issue.

Before performing the delete entitlement operation in SailPoint, did you try to execute query directly in application DB. See if it works.

At the end, it is just a query in JDBC provisioning Rules rite.
