Aggregation error

I was testing and attempted to pull in a few users from our HR source by clicking “Start Aggregation,” but I encountered the following error. However, when I perform a review and test, the connection shows as successful. Can you help me understand why this discrepancy is occurring?

Can you clarify if you’re using the UKG VA or SaaS based connector?

We had issues with the SaaS connector being able to aggregate but I don’t recall the specific error message. Using the VA based connector worked as expected.
