Looking to aggregate Service Center Reps via the Workday Connector (used for identity profiles) (NOT the workday accounts connector, which we use for access certifications). Has anyone done this successfully? Is the capability there? Alternative ideas to solve this if not?
Service Center Representatives are not workers. Workday connector manages workers and Workday Accounts connector manages Worker accounts.
You must use the Workday Accounts connector for managing Service Center Representative (SCR) accounts.
If you have some additional insights or way that can provide us information for considering Service Center Representative as worker, then please let us know. However, we already checked with our Workday contact and these are not considered as Workers.
