Adding scope to Azure AD Application configuration

One of my clients would like to aggregate the Group Management for Azure Cloud Objects. Following the connector documentation one of the steps is to add the OAuth scope to the configuration, but it is not explained how to add it.
The document I am using is: Group Management for Azure Cloud Objects

Does anyone have an idea how to add the management.azure.com as the scope.
