You might see if other folks in the community have solutions for your use case, and as we work on improvements to how governance groups are displayed in ISC, we’ll be sure to announce those and update our documentation.
Typically, the confirmation email you receive after submitting a request includes details about the help desk or the team responsible for fulfilling that request. Instead of contacting the approvers directly, you should reach out to that team.
I once encountered a customer who incorporated governance group members’ IDs or names into the group name for this purpose, but that approach is not ideal or aligned with best practices for obvious reasons.
