AD provisioning not happening still in pending state (request center)

hey guys,

Its been 5 hours i raised a AD entitlement request (via request center) for a user to create AD account but it is still in pending state may i know the reason or any way to troubleshoot? thanks
PS - AD is in healthy state and i have defined mandatory attr (dn,samaccountname,UPN,SN ,GIVENAME IN CREATE ACCOUNT)

but it is awaiting at sod check and not showing any eror as per the screenshot right ? and one more thing i noticed when initially i was provisioning through request center then sod was not coming in picture any idea why?
