AD Multiple accounts - Attribute Sync

Hi All,

I have a user with 2 AD accounts in IDN with different naming conventions. When an attribute sync for Modify account happened I got an error “Native Identity should not be null or empty” without any more details, nor can I find any failure in the events for attribute sync

In the Activity, I can see the “Add entitlement Failed” followed by the modify account passed initially a couple of times. When I downloaded the report from the search for both users together there is no failure.

“Native Identity should not be null or empty” This error in your case is suggesting that it cannot select which account to select to perform any provisioning. If you have 2 accounts under same identity from same source, provisioning would fail because it cannot decide on which account to act upon.
