AD Account Creation throwing XML error

Hi experts,

Lately, we’ve had a few AD account creation that has failed with XML errors like this:

Exception occurred while executing the RPCRequest: Line: 144291 Column:182: Character reference “&#x0” is an invalid XML character.

The error details differ but it’s all pointing to the same message - which is ‘invalid XML character’. Has anyone faced this issue before? And if so, any ideas what could cause this?

Hi @mingsiewang ,

Can we recreate same scenario for ad account creation failed issue and then capture CCG logs? You might get extra information in VA ccg logs when compared to the errors you see on the tenant UI.

Could you please share the ccg logs to get more understanding on the error?
