Hi,

  1. Is there a way to automatically assign access profiles to users when they have a certain set of entitlements?
  2. What are all the ways to grant a user an access profile?
  3. Do we need to have “Roles” in our license to effectively utilize access profiles?

Hi Sena,

  1. If a user has all the entitlements that are in Access Profile, then Access Profile will be detected automatically.

  2. You can request them through request center, through Roles as well.

  3. I don’t think any extra license required for utilizing Roles and Access Profiles. This comes with basic plan I believe.

Hi Nitin,

If your question is, is there a way to find whether an access profile is assigned through IDN or detected due to entitlements added in Target source, then we don’t have any such information in IDN yet.
