It looks like they can be used for importing and exporting entitlements in CSV format.
I think you are right on
importEntitlementsCsv is handled by [POST /api/source/loadEntitlements (POST /api/source/loadEntitlements).
I haven’t seen any comparable one for export. At this point, I’m thinking we may have to use api/beta/list-entitlements. Please check with product/engineering and update us on the deprecation for these.
