Has anyone ever tried and been successful in setting up SSO for ISC with 2 IDPs? In our project users are in 2 Entra tenants and need to set up SSO for all users which needs setting up SSO with both Entra instances

You need an identity broker in the chain.

This doesn’t really answer your question, but in case this is an option for you, we setup MTO with our primary Entra IDP and other Entra tenants and SSO in IDN works fine with MTO in place. Just giving an option for 1 IDP in ISC with 2 separate Entra tenants (and other apps, assuming Entra is your IDP).

Client is considering merging 2 tenants into one and were looking for a intermediary solution until this is done.
