Prefetch account selections for an access request before submit. Machine identity accounts-selection must use requestedForWithRequestedItems with identityType: MACHINE on each entry and only ENTITLEMENT items. Flat requestedFor / requestedItems must be omitted (do not send an empty array) for machine requests.
