Obtain the status of bulk upload on the source

The nonEmployeeBulkUploadStatus API returns the status of the newest bulk upload job for the specified source. Requires role context of idn:nesr:read

Returns the following values indicating the progress or result of the bulk upload job. "PENDING" means the job is queued and waiting to be processed. "ERROR" means the job failed to process with errors. null means job has been submitted to the source.
