Get a non-employee source
GET/non-employee-sources/v1/:sourceId
This gets a non-employee source. There are two contextual uses for the requested-for path parameter:
- The user has the role context of
idn:nesr:read, in which case he or she may request any source. - The current user is an account manager, in which case the user can only request sources that they own.

Non-Employee source object.
Client Error - Returned if the request body is invalid.
Unauthorized - Returned if there is no authorization header, or if the JWT token is expired.
Forbidden - Returned if the user you are running as, doesn't have access to this end-point.
Too Many Requests - Returned in response to too many requests in a given period of time - rate limited. The Retry-After header in the response includes how long to wait before trying again.
Internal Server Error - Returned if there is an unexpected error.
