# What problem are you observing?

When looking at the Workflow Execution page for a specific workflow, ithe grid always returns the maximum number of rows. Changing from 25, 50 or 100 will update the number of pages, and the label for “1 - ### of ####” label correctly, but the number of rows remains the same. It appears that 100 is the number, but I did not count.

# What is the correct behavior?

The number of rows returned in the grid should match the selected value

# What product feature is this related to?

Workflows in ISC

# What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Execute a workflow 50+ times
Go to the Executions screen for the workflow.
Notice the Rows per page is set to 25 by default, but more than 25 rows returned.
Change the value to 50.
Notice that more than 50 rows returned.
Change back to 25.
Notice that more than 25 rows are still returned returned.

# Do you have any other information about your environment that may help?

No

I found one in my Ambassador tenant I could show, but it’s hard because you have to scroll, so it is several screen shots. You need to make note of the times in the screenshots and the size of the slider bar (It never changes). There are 15 records that fit in the window.

Default 25:

I can reproduce this. I have opened a bug ticket (PLTWRKFLW-4777)

Follow up information:

When you click the forward/back arrows, it DOES only move you forward and back the specified number of records from the Drop Down. However, it still returns the Maximum of **250** results each time.

This should now be fixed!
