# Why I am getting 404 error?

only getting error like The requested resource [/identityiq] is not available

Hi @sandy_2025 ,

have you recently upgraded the tomcat version ? can you downgrade to tomcat 9 version and see if it helps.

Hi Sandeep,

Definitely I agree with Vindo.

Based on the logs, it appears that the IIQ application is running on Tomcat 10.x. However, IIQ 8.4 is only supported on Tomcat 9.x, so you should use Tomcat 9.x instead.

yes, you need to use JDK 17. we have to follow based on the release notes (supported platforms)

finally I did it with

- **Java Platform**

```auto
   openjdk-11.0.17

```

- **Database**

```auto
      MySQL 8.0

```

- **Application server**

```auto
Apache Tomcat 9.0

```
