How about a boatmans call whistle. At the handle have the SailPoint logo, if you wanna tie in a tech aspect make one end to be a yubikey or something.

If a mascot should be anthropomorphic, perhaps an artisan nautical worker such as the Sailmaker.
A Sailmaker is responsible for manufacturing, repairing, and maintaining a ship’s sails. They use constituent parts and tools; items like fabric, needles, thread, knives, and awls to produce the items that drive a ship. These constituent parts, like a developer’s code, may go largely unnoticed by ships inhabitants but the Sailmaker’s skill in how to craft these components together and integrate them with the ship is the driving force in the ship’s voyage and success.

How about a star? Stars naturally guide sailors safely around the world for thousands of years. They lead to dreams, creativity, and exploration of the unknown and new, though leading back to a safe harbor when needed.
