If the target web service application have more fields needed to fill by the requester while requesting access from IdentityNow. Can we create a forms for requesting the access in the IdentityNow?

Yes, you can create forms and call them for workflows. The challenge in your use case might be the absence of “Access Request Submitted” trigger in workflows.

You will have to use “Access Request Submitted” event trigger to call your workflow. The workflow will have external trigger as starting point and then use Form action to accomplish the task.

Thank you Sharvari,

I have created one sample form and shared it to mail by using workflows. But while I am trying to open the form it was showing blank page.

Yes, I can only Access Request Submitted Event Trigger not workflow.
How to trigger the form in this case? Any alternative solutions?
