# Unable to Aggregate users Using GitHub SaaS Connector

I see an error during Aggregation on GitHub using SaaS connector. I tried reducing the page size too without luck. Any guidance is appreciated.

java.lang.RuntimeException - java.lang.IllegalStateException: [ConnectorError] 502 Unknown error: {“data”:null,“errors”:[{“message”:"Something went wrong while executing your query. This may be the result of a timeout, or it could be a GitHub bug.

Welcome to SailPoint Developer Community.

Which connector are you using ?

There is no SaaS connector for Github yet, VA based connector only available. Are you using Web Services SaaS connector ?

Ya, only available connector is SaaS version.

How about test connection ?

Test Connection is successful. I have verified the classic PAT having sufficient permissions. The PAT is valid for 3 months.
