Hi Guys ,

I am trying to provision a Role to a user in Sailpoint .

 ![workflow](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/sailpoint/original/2X/d/d33abd92c5838e0b7c7658e5c8016251f60b9568.png)

At the get access Action button I am getting this response

 ![get access output](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/sailpoint/original/2X/6/64ca90ca85fe02f65392bd5a82ae43191979829e.png)

but when I am trying to assign the same role to user . it is throwing this error.

 ![No Roles found](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/sailpoint/original/2X/f/f364306e28181d2f9b8b705f32589308cec63d8c.png)

Here is the configuration for Manage access

and this is happening for every Role id

Best Regards
Dalia
