Hello, The trigger “Access Request Decision” is only working when the operation is “Remove”. 3 months ago, we’ve contacted the support. They were able to reproduce the issue which should be released in next release. However, we do still encounter the issue. I would like to know if you have the same or if it’s only related to our tenant ? For info, no filter is defined for the trigger. Thank you. ---

Hi Tima, please work with support using the original support ticket that you created. They should be able to update you when the fix is in production. ---
