Terminate the Active Session of applications

Hi Everyone

Can we refresh/close the Active Session of application using the SailPoint IDN features like Workflows, Triggers. When user got terminated through emergency Terminate can we close his active session like email, Application access using any workaround. Please suggest if you have come across with the same scenario.

Hi Jaya,

There is no out of the box solution for this unless a connector specifically supports that.

In such cases what we have seen is we build an integration outside the Sailpoint and trigger using api through workflow/triggers.

The IQ service can trigger a powershell script for a given event, such as a Lifecyle state change. In case a customer doesn’t have a license for workflows, this would be the preferred method.
