# ServiceNow account creation error

Hi. We are implementing the ServiceNow connector but I am seeing the following error:

`["sailpoint.connector.ObjectAlreadyExistsException: [ObjectAlreadyExistsException] \n [Error details] The account \u0027xxxx.xxxx@xxxxx.com\u0027 already exists in the ServiceNow instance. Error during insert of sys_user (XXXXX XXXXX); Target record not found"]`

IDN is creating the account succcessfully, so it seems like it is trying to create it twice?  
Not really sure what servicenow returns after account creation. We checked the ServiceNow application logs and it appears only one create is performed by IDN. The entitlement is not added to the account.

Any help would be appreciated.
