# Send an email when an error occurred during Access Request

Hi All,

Is there a way to send an email to the approvers if the provisioning failed during access request? I am thinking this can be done via workflow but what would be the trigger for it and how could I pass the access request id in the email? If you could please share a high level workflow just to see the logic behind it that would be great. Even better is there are more direct ways to do this rather than via workflow.

You might look at the Provisioning Completed trigger.

I think the input payload looks like what you are thinking:
