Hi Everyone,
We have a requirement using the Salesforce connector to supports Territory Management. I don’t see this capability listed in the connector documentation, but our current client is requesting that territories be made available as requestable entitlements.
They also prefer to freeze the account instead of disable it. Is that possible with the Salesforce connector?
Any tips or ideas would be appreciated.
