We are getting the error “Group Membership already in progress” in our Salesforce connectors. This mainly occurs when bulk updates (eg;, remove access and disable accounts) are provisioned to salesforce. Because of this error, the access is not removed correctly and disable accounts are failing for user terminations .
Checked the same with Salesforce and Sailpoint Support. Looks like salesforce does not allow multiple modifications to a public group at the same time as the group gets locked out. SailPoint does not have feature to add any provisioning delays between each provisioning task and hence we are not able to resolve this issue.
Have any of you seen this error before? Please provide your inputs.
