For example, the search fields are currently in this order no matter which field selected from the **Column Chooser** : _Display Name | Given Name | Family Name | Work Email | Created | Lifecycle State | Location Code | Username | Company |_ \*\*However, for our use case, it makes more sense for the recipients of this report to receive the emailed CSV in the following order: (the re-ordered fields are **bolded** ) _Display Name | Given Name | Family Name | **Username** | Work Email | Created | Lifecycle State | **Company** | Location Code |_ [![image](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/sailpoint/original/3X/e/4/e4760178e67d02338547eb4a5feebcfb20878666.png)](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/sailpoint/original/3X/e/4/e4760178e67d02338547eb4a5feebcfb20878666.png "image") [image1863×400 20.5 KB](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/sailpoint/original/3X/e/4/e4760178e67d02338547eb4a5feebcfb20878666.png "image") I asked Harbor Pilot which advised I used the “Reports Data Extraction”, here was my request, I’m not sure where this sends to but I’m hoping there’s an easier way from the UI to re-order the columns? Identity Security Cloud V3 API \> Reports Data Extraction \> Run Report Body: { “reportType”: “SEARCH\_EXPORT”, “arguments”: { “indices”: [“identities”], “query”: “@apps(name:“AD”) AND attributes.locationCode:“foo” AND created:[now-7d TO now]”, “columns”: “displayName,firstName,lastName,name,email,created,attributes.cloudLifecycleState,attributes.company,attributes.locationCode”, “sort”: [“+created”] } } Perhaps I’m missing something simple here or this is an idea? Unfortunately, i do not think there is any standard way of achieving but we have a similar topic presented at developer day 2024 by Angelo and he showed us way how we can achieve. Perhaps you can have a look and see if that help you. There is no out-of-the-box method to reorder the columns, even when selecting from the Column Chooser unfortunately. There are some existing Ideas in the Ideas forum that you can review and vote for.
