## Which IIQ version are you inquiring about? SailPoint IIQ 8.3p2 We have received a requirement to perform upgrade in SailPoint IIQ from 8.3p2 to 8.4p2. I have seen few posts for 8.3 to 8.4. will it be same process for 8.3p2 to 8.4p2 also or we will have few changes. Please share us information regarding this upgrade , that would be helpful. ---

@DharshiniB as sunny said, it’s simple 8.3p2 → 8.4 → 8.4p2 ( patch version ) In 8.4, you have to create new db for access history. when you will do upgrade then bydefault it was disabled. if you need then you can enable by making change in SystemConfiguration. We just did upgrade to 8.4p2. it’s very smooth upgrade. ---

there used to be a deprecation checker in SSD also that you can use. ---

Using this we can able to get deprecated methods after installation only right? I need a way to find the list before installation. Is that possible ? ---

I think you can use before installation and put “Deprecation Scanner DTD File Location” as 8.4 dtd ---
