# SailPoint IdentityNow monitoring

I found historical topics about  
“SailPoint IdentityNow monitoring”  
and answers are like " … as a sales person I recommend you to read documentation blablalba… some broken links…"

So.  
Our SailPoint Identity is connected to AD.  
Sometimes connection is down.  
For now Web Page shows status “not responding”.

May we get regular like “every hour” monitoring emails “CONNECTION IS STILL DOWN!!!”

By using workflows u can acheive it inside tenant  
if sailpoint tenant is doesnt work means you can subscribe here

ok…  
The problem is like “it does not look like it’s working well…”

Sources are down for 20 hours,  
and we got only one email  
“… your source was unhealthy for 17 minutes..”

Once an hour, the system checks whether each source is in a healthy state. If a source has been in an unhealthy state for 15 minutes or longer at the time of the check, the system sends the [Source Health](https://documentation.sailpoint.com/saas/help/common/emails/et_source_health.html) email template to the selected users. Once the source has been healthy again for 5 minutes or longer, you’ll receive another notification.

If this is not working please create support case . I have many times things work in one tenant and don’t work in other tenant.
