SailPoint Emails : Send to outside of your organization

Hello All,

Has anyone worked on a use case to send all SailPoint notifications to → outside of your organization.

Is there any challenges to implement the same?

Hi Pritish,

Allowing SailPoint to send notifications externally is not controlled by SailPoint itself — it’s controlled at the SMTP server or network/email security gateway level. If you want to enable external delivery, you’ll need to work in coordination with your email/network/security team to update relay and compliance policies accordingly.

If you have an SMTP server configured in your IIQ instance, then you can define a redirect email address to route all emails to. All emails sent out by IIQ will get redirected to that inbox.
