The old URL for OAuth authorize is `https://{tenant}.identitynow.com/oauth/authorize`

This has been replaced by `https://{tenant}.login.sailpoint.com/oauth/authorize` as described in the authentication guide. The difference here is the inclusion of `login` in the hostname.
