In our model, a single cube accommodates multiple personas, each having a distinct supervisor. This configuration is common in our healthcare organization, where the onboarding and off-boarding of hospital caregivers involve varying positions and job titles. When it comes to certifying these personas, it’s essential to have the specific persona’s supervisor handle the certification as the cube manager may not be the accurate certifying authority for all personas. The standard out-of-the-box certification process falls short in addressing this requirement. Manual creation of a population for our dynamic and extensive user base of 300,000 was not scalable. To overcome these challenges, we developed a custom solution that automatically creates the required population and initiates the certification process, and clear any populations/data created.
