# Parsing error in workflow header for Content-Type: mime: no media type

Hi All, am getting below error in an workflow which disbles the dormant accounts and send email to the same users. The funtionality worked well until Monday.

In the execution, the disable functionality works good but email notification failed with below error.  
{“error”:“task failed: activity error (type: sp:external:http:v2, scheduledEventID: 29, startedEventID: 30, identity: 1@sp-workflow-worker-stg-us-east-1-dcd8f8fbf-zd7d6@sp-workflow-engine): error parsing the response header for Content-Type: mime: no media type (type: Error Parsing Output, retryable: false): mime: no media type”,“workflowId”:“dd012157-c863-42ed-a8fe-625c5c5f1e73-2”}

Can anyone help on this?

Hi @nandiniks

Can you please provide more information regarding which API cal is failing. It appears to me that the error is with headers of the API may be for CONTENT-TYPE. But if you can help with more information, then that will be easier for to support you further.

We’ll need to wait for the next 12 hours, as the team operates in the CST time zone. Several major partners have reported the issue, but the incident is yet to be officially logged.
