Hello everyone, Has anyone tried update account operation in OHCM Cloud? The document states that it should work by just synchronizing attributes. > **[Supported Features](https://documentation.sailpoint.com/connectors/oracle/hcm_cloud/help/integrating_oracle_hcm_cloud/supported_features.html)** > > SailPoint Connectors Documentation I have defined the WORK\_EMAIL attribute in sync with an identity attribute and used OHCM API integration configuration to achieve this use case. Have you add the WORK\_EMAIL to the create accout provisioning policy ? ---

We encountered the same issue several days ago, but it suddenly started working! You can submit a ticket to SailPoint support team. ---

Could you share what led to it working suddenly? Did it take some time to sync with HCM, or was there any other thing you implemented? ---

We didn’t implement anything, we just configured the create provisioning policy and the attribute sync. Check if the connection **Via API Authentication** is working properly ---

Yes you are right, there was a delay in batch job processing in our OHCM instance which was why email was not reflected before. Now the email is shown in the HCM interface. ---
