I love the new UX deployed to our dev sandbox. However, it looks like when using the Request > For Others option, searching by First and Last Name isn’t returning the appropriate results. I end up having to enter the user’s actual username or wrapping the “First Last” name in quotes to find the identity.
The old UX appeared to return the correct identities when searching by just First and Last Name. Is anyone else experiencing this?
