Hi @aishwaryagoswami, I was able to find the following [documentation on NELM](https://documentation.sailpoint.com/saas/help/common/non-employee-mgmt.html). Unfortunately, the community posts have been taken down. You can use [the following link to view the archived post via the WayBackMachine](https://web.archive.org/web/20210413063118/https://community.sailpoint.com/t5/Admin-Help/Managing-Non-Employee-Sources-and-Accounts/ta-p/161460) although it covers similar content to the official documentation linked above. Additionally, this is another link I was able to find on [NELM Release Details via WayBackMachine](https://web.archive.org/web/20230327130907/https://community.sailpoint.com/t5/IdentityNow-Wiki/Non-Employee-Lifecycle-Management-Release-Details/ta-p/167975). Yes, I believe it has been renamed to [NERM (Non-Employee Risk Management)](https://documentation.sailpoint.com/ne-admin/help/index.html). This might have to do with [the acquisition of SecZetta](https://www.sailpoint.com/press-releases/sailpoint-acquires-seczetta/). ---

NELM is still a source type in IDN. NERM is the new name for the SecZetta tool. They’re similar but NERM is more feature rich and a separate toolset. ---
