In one scenario we need to generate two separate tickets for two entitlements of same source which are part of single role we need to generate two separate tickets as for both entitlements the assignment group is different which can take care of provisioning and deprovisioning as it is as manual role.

For Example - Role 1 is having two entitlements Ent1 and Ent2, so we need SNOW ticket 1 to be generated for Ent1 and Snow ticket2 to be generated for Ent2 and both Ent1 and Ent2 are part of same source.

Thanks!

To generate two ServiceNow tickets for two entitlements in the same role, you need to **split the provisioning plan** in your Before Provisioning Rule so that each entitlement becomes its own `AccountRequest` with its own assignment group. SDIM will then generate separate tickets automatically.
