Dear @karena

May I know which DB are you using?

  1. Did you place the required driver file in the WEB-INF/lib folder?
  2. Also, did you place the WEB-INF/classes/sailpoint/object hbm files from the previous version?
  3. Cross-check all three DB entries present in the iiq.properties file
